Week of February 19 - 25: Speeding up performance

The following improvements to the new version of WORK were released to all customers during the week of February 19-25, 2017. Remember to come back during the week to check more of what's improved.


Fine-tuning our performance.

  • Database improvements were applied to improve refresh times on Invoices and Payments.
  • 3rd-party certificate authentication process has been changed on Xero integration to stop certificate errors and speed up performance.


  • Fixed an issue for a specific client where Invoices are duplicated in QuickBooks Desktop during sync.
  • Fixed an issue where the banner to switch to the new UI is not visible wen logged in to the admin account.
