During the week of July 9th, we notified some customers that their mobile login has been updated for additional security.
In order to continue keeping your information safe, we've made the following updates:
- Impacted fieldworkers will no longer be able to log into the mobile app. NOTE: Both the fieldworker and the office Admin received a communication via email.
- Impacted fieldworkers now must log into the mobile app using the following:
Username: The fieldworker's email address, which was originally entered by the office Admin.
Password: There are no updates to the password. It will remain the same.
This is part of ongoing proactive improvements to ensure that we are adhering to industry standards for secure logins.
