How do I create a client custom field?

Admins that require additional Client information to be stored in a Client Record can create Client Custom Fields such as, account no, source and preferred service date. 

From Settings, select Client settings then select Customize Client View.

 

Select Add Custom Field.

Fill in the Custom Field Name, select Display options, and select Field Type from the drop-down then select Save button to create this field.

*Note: You must fill out all fields marked with an asterisk before saving. 

Once the Client Custom Field is created you can make the field Available on Client Search. This will allow you to filter and/or search from Clients by this Client Custom field.

*Note: Make sure to select the Save button on top after making the field Available on Client Search.
