When an admin forgets their own password, they will want to reset it by going to WORK and then select Forgot Password.
Note: If a Fieldworker forgets their password an Admin will have to reset it for them.
Enter your Admin email address. Then, select OK. A new password will be sent to the Admin’s email.
A message confirming the email was sent will appear, select OK to continue.
Once the Admin receives the password, log into WORK with the temporary password. When the Admin logs in they can reset their password to a new one.
