When a single job requires multiple visits or multiple Fieldworkers, Admins can add Tasks to capture total time spent on a job.
- Job: Driveway repair-John
- Task: Deliver asphalt-Sarah
- Task: Seal and clean-Paul
To add a Task to a Job, the Admin will start by adding the Job first.
Fill in the Basic Job Details and select Save & Add Details.
From Job Details, Select Add Task then select For One Fieldworker or For Multiple Fieldworkers.
Most of the information from the Job will transfer over to the Task. Admins can update the information if they need to.
Once the Task details are updated and ready to be sent to the Fieldworker, an Admin should change the Task Status to Dispatched.
A Task can also be dispatched from Job Details by selecting the box next to the Task Code then select Send Task.
Note: The Task Code will include the main Job’s Job Code.
