This article will cover how Admins can delete Client Equipment with or without work history.
Without Work History
From Clients, select the Client Name to open the Client Record.
Once in the Client Record, select Equipment then select the trash can icon to delete the Equipment.
Equipment that has work history associated with it is linked to a Job or a Task and a Work Icon appears next to the Equipment Name.
To delete that Equipment, Admins will have to first unlink the Equipment on all Jobs and Tasks.
After unlinking the Equipment from all Jobs and Tasks, Admins can now delete the Equipment from WORK.
