Admins can create new Job Statuses to reflect their business needs that are outside WORK’s standard Job Statuses.
From Settings, select Job and Quote Settings then select Job Statuses.
Choose a Job Status name, uploaded an image to represent this status then select Save.
Note: Uploading an image is mandatory, Admins can search the web for images to use. Images on standard Job Status can be updated with a different image of your choosing.
