October 14, 2016: Dispatch on Save from the Scheduler

The following improvements to WORK were released to all users on October 14, 2016. These changes were released to the new version of WORK.


"Dispatch on Save" from the Scheduler: When creating a new Job from the Scheduler, the "Dispatch on Save" checkbox is now an available option before saving.

Search item name will always be displayed: When typing an item name in the Search bar for Add Item to Job, and scrolling down on the list, the item name will remain on the Search bar and will not be cleared. This is the same for adding items to a Quote and a Task.

Save items on Quotes: When entering an item name to add to a Quote, the item name will be retained and saved when clicking away from the Item field. 

Save Jobs without delay: When creating a Job from a Client record, and clicking on the SAVE button immediately when it appears, the job will be saved successfully.




  • Fixed an issue with job data is not being saved or displayed on the job card.
  • Fixed spelling error on "Amount Received ($)" in Payments.
