OCTOBER Summary of Release Items

October 28, 2016 

  • Add New Contacts to Jobs when creating the job from the Scheduler
  • New messaging around empty Dashboard charts: "You haven't created any invoices yet.", etc.
  • Re-designed the date-picker on the Scheduler calendar to match the new version overall styling

October 20, 2016 

  • Search results are retained in Clients and Quotes lists after viewing and closing a record
  • Task list auto-refreshes and immediately displays a New Task after creating it

October 14, 2016 

  • "Dispatch on Save" button now visible as a checklist box when creating a New Job form the Scheduler
  • When adding an item to a job, the Item name will remain displayed on the Search bar when scrolling down the list
  • When typing in an item name to add to a Quote, the name will be displayed even when clicking away from the field
  • When creating a Job from the Client record, and clicking on the "Save" button immediately, the job will be saved successfully
  • Bug fixes

October 10, 2016 

  • Auto-hide or auto-display different section on records. Set your preference once and they will be remembered the next time you log in
  • Set Fieldworker to "No Fieldworker" for Jobs and Tasks
  • All Equipment associated to the Client will visible and available to select when creating a new site
  • Bug fixes

  • Updated Design on Dashboard, Settings and Reports main page
  • Added new searchable fields when creating a new Job. From the Search for Client window, users can use Client Codes, Client Phone Number, or Client Address for a search
  • Darker fonts and background colors
