Faster Way to Create Jobs
Admins will notice an improved job creation process to help users focus on adding the basic job details as well as create, schedule and dispatch job faster.
Change Job Card & Invoice Templates On-the-Fly
Admins can save time and multiple steps by updating Job Card and Invoice templates on the fly as well as easily download or email the template to a client.
Easier, Faster Invoicing
Admins will notice a dedication section for Invoicing and Payments where they can now preview and send an invoice in fewer steps.
Note: Admins can now create invoices without adding billing items.
Task For Multiple Fieldworkers
Admins will notice a new option to assign a Task to one or more Fieldworkers.
Note: Separate Tasks are created for each Fieldworker, Admins can simply dispatch the task individually or at once.
Improved Performance and view of Jobs on the Scheduler
Admins can expect to see an improvement in performance and a better view of jobs when working in the Scheduler by simply updating their settings.
New Tools and Resources
Admins can share feedback directly with the Work team by leaving feedback.
