Admins can simply choose the type of information they want to see and easily resize columns for a better view of the information.
Admins can quickly view, edit and add important details at the top of the Client, Job and Quote records.
Sections are now grouped and organized into tabs and Admins can easily read client details by collapsing sections or expanding fields.
Admins can search across an entire Client or Job record or a specific field to find a job or client. If an Admin applies filters to the job list, the filters are now remembered to save you time.
Admins will notice an improved job creation process to help users focus on adding the basic job details as well as create, schedule and dispatch job faster.
Admins can save time and multiple steps by updating Job Card and Invoice templates on the fly as well as easily download or email the template to a client.
Admins will notice a dedication section for Invoicing and Payments where they can now preview and send an invoice in fewer steps.
Note: Admins can now create invoices without adding billing items.
Admins will notice a new option to assign a Task to one or more Fieldworkers.
Note: Separate Tasks are created for each Fieldworker, Admins can simply dispatch the task individually or at once.
Admins can share feedback directly with the Work team by leaving feedback.
