Please note: This notice is for customers currently syncing QuickBooks Sub-Customers to Work Clients.
THE UPDATE
Currently, Work’s QuickBooks Online Sync does not support Sub-Customers. If Sub-Customers are added, this information is synced to Work as a new Client.
In an effort to continue improving Work’s QuickBooks Online Sync, customers will no longer be able to sync QuickBooks Online Sub-Customers to Work Clients.
Soon, customers currently using QuickBooks Online Sub-Customers (ex. for clients with more than one site or location), will no longer see this information shared in Work as a new Client. Note: QuickBooks Sub-Customers that have already been synced, will remain in Work as Client. The QuickBooks Online Sync will no longer update this Client.
Moving forward, QuickBooks Online Sub-Customers will need to be manually added as a new Client or a new Site in WORK.
This will not affect the current two-way customer sync, which syncs QuickBooks Online Customers to WORK as Clients.
