Our team closely monitors and constantly improves the speed and performance of Work, to ensure you receive the best experience possible.
If Admins experience any performance issues in Work, such as slow loading of pages, please contact the Customer Support Team to report these issues.
The Customer Support Team may ask for data regarding how the Work website performs on the Admins computer.
Admins can gather the data and email it to work.support@verizonconnect.com if they prefer to do so. Here are the steps for collecting this data:
STEP 1:
Admins should start on the page where they notice the issue i.e. Clients, Jobs or Scheduler.
Note: These steps are for Admins using Google Chrome as their browser.
From that page, select F12. Admins will notice a pop up for Google’s Developer Console.
From there, select F5 to force the page to reload and the Console will record the necessary information.
To save this log, right-click anywhere on the screen and select Save As.
Once the file is saved to a destination of your choosing, email that file to work.support@verizonconnect.com
