Admins can attach documents to a Job for Fieldworkers to access while out on the field. Documents can also be sent to customers as an attachment to their Invoice and Job Card.
To attach a document, select or open the Job record you would like to attach a document to.
From the Job record, select Completion Details.
Expand the Documents section and select Add Document.
Work will access your computer files, select the file you would like to attach then select Open.
Note: The file size limit for individual files is 28.5MB, multiple files can be attached to a Job as long as the combined file size is under 30 MB.
Once the documents are added, Admins will be able to Delete or Download the file or continue to add additional files by selecting Add Documents.
