When creating a Job, Admins can choose to alert their Fieldworkers about Job details by E-mail or SMS message.
Note: The option to alert a Fieldworker will be available when an Admin first creates a Job or if a Job's scheduled time or scheduled fieldworker gets changed.
To set up the Alert by option for each Fieldworker start at Settings>>Team Settings>>Users.
Open the Fieldworker record by selecting View near their name.
From the Alert By drop-down menu, select the Fieldworker’s preference of getting an E-mail, SMS or both as the Alert By option then select Save.
If you select the E-mail option, the alert will go to the E-mail address listed for the Fieldworker.
If you select SMS option, the alert will go to the Mobile Number listed for the Fieldworker.
Note: To ensure the SMS message is sent, add the country code before the Mobile Number i.e. for the US add 1 to the Mobile Number.
