Admins can sort and filter their Clients by their status allowing them to quickly find the right Client.
From Clients, select Show Filtering Options.
Click the Status drop-down menu. Admins can choose to view Active Clients only, Inactive Clients only or All Clients.
Note: By default, only Active Clients are displaying.
Once you make your selection, click Apply Filters.
At this point, Admins can choose to sort their Client List by Status which will group all Inactive Clients together and all Active Clients together.
Be sure to select Clear Filters when you are ready to go back to the default setting.
