Custom Message for Statements
Admins now have the ability to preview and send a Statement that includes a custom message. This helps Admins provide customers with additional context and information.
Alerts for Jobs Scheduled Out of Work Hours
Alerts now appear when a Job or Task is scheduled outside of work hours. These times are defined in Settings > Scheduler Time Default > Scheduler Settings. This helps Admins keep track of their appointments and prevents any scheduling errors.
Easily Autofill Address for New Contacts
Admins can now easily add an address for new contacts that are added to an existing client. This saves the office time and removes the manual work of typing addresses. When adding a new contact, select the box Same As Client Address.
Copy an Existing Quote
Admins can now quickly and easily duplicate an existing Quote to carry over job information and save time.
