The following improvements were released to all customers during the month of February.
IMPROVEMENT
February was jam-packed with lots of improvements for Work customers. Read all about the labor of love items that went live last month.
Envelope Friendly Document Templates
Users now have access to Documents Templates designed to better fit windowed envelopes. Admins & Fieldworkers will be able to send Invoices, Job Cards, Quotes, and Statements without having to print separate address labels or write on the envelope. (4.4.43)
Updated Merge Field PDF Files
We’ve updated the PDF files that accompany all Document Templates which provide users the available merge fields. With this improvement, Admins can look forward to a fresh new look and the most up-to-date merge field information. Also, we’ve updated the link to the Help Center article enabling users with more tools & tips for updating their document templates.(4.4.42)
MYOB Online Integration for New Zealand
Customers in New Zealand are now able to integrate Work with MYOB online. This integration helps Admins stay up-to-date and organized while avoiding double-entry of data between Work and their account system. Once the integration is enabled, Client, Invoice and Payment information will sync from Work to MYOB. (4.4.43)
BUG FIXES
- Fix to ensure that users are able to upload invoice Items into Work using CSV file type.(4.4.42)
- Fix to ensure that Job Code is displayed correctly when a Purchase Order is emailed. (4.4.42)
- Fix to ensure that Delivery Date in Purchase Orders is consistent throughout Work. (4.4.43)
