If an Admin user needs to update their password they have two options to do so, Admins can reset their own or another user's password from Settings or use the forgot password option on the Home Page.
Note: If a Fieldworker forgets their password, they will need to find an Admin to reset it for them.
If an Admin can't sign in to Work, the easiest option is to select Forgot password to reset your password on the Home Page.
Enter the E-mail address associated with the user. Then, select OK. A new password will be sent to that E-mail.
A message confirming the email was sent will appear, select Close to continue.
Once the user receives the E-mail, log into Work with the temporary password. When the user logs in they can reset their password to a new one.
If an Admin user remembers their password, they can sign in to Work and change your password in Settings
From Settings, select Team Settings then select Users.
Choose a User and select View.
From the pop-up, enter a new Password. Then, select Save.
Note: For security reasons, Admins will not see stored passwords but instead they will see asterisks. Admins may notice that the Password field is greyed out but they are able to type in the field to change a user's password.
