When the Fieldworker has finished the Job, they can ask the customer to sign-off that they are satisfied with the work that has been completed. Fieldworker can eliminate the need to store signed paper receipts by capturing electronic signatures on Work Mobile.
To capture a customer's signature, select Signatures from the Job record.
Select the pencil icon.
By default, the Signed by field will contain the Job Contact’s name or the Client Name. You can update the name if someone else is signing off.
Note: The message displayed cannot be edited by users.
Once the customer signs in the middle of the screen, select Done to save the signature.
If you need to capture multiple signatures for one Job, select the pencil icon to add a second signature.
Now both signatures are recorded.
