Customers using a Yahoo E-mail address as their company E-mail in Work may notice some issues with E-mails sent from Work.
Customers may encounter a problem where their E-mails are not being received by the intended recipient. This issue is a result of a recent change Yahoo has made to their DMARC policy. Read more about the changes here.
This means all DMARC compliant mail receivers (including Yahoo, Hotmail, and Gmail) are now bouncing E-mails sent as a Yahoo E-mail address that isn't sent through Yahoo's servers. Work cannot send E-mail through Yahoo’s servers.
Work recommends changing the company E-mail from a Yahoo E-mail to another domain i.e. Gmail.
