Effective February 1, 2024, you will no longer be able to specify the email address from which any automated emails related to your Work account are sent. This is due to the anti-spam policies being put in place by Google, Yahoo, and other email providers.
Moving forward, all emails will be sent from no-reply@verizonconnect.com.
HELPFUL TIP: Add your company's email address to the body of the email template so customers know how to reply to you. Remind, all emails are sent from no-reply@verizonconnect.com.
Admins can edit the content of E-mails and SMS messages that are sent to their Clients and Fieldworkers. They can remove or add additional details to personalize the messages sent from Work.
From Settings, select Document Templates then select SMS and Email Notification.
From the Message Template drop-down menu, select the message template you would like to edit.
Depending on the message template, Admins will need to enable or choose to send the message automatically.
Edit the content of the message by removing text or adding text as well as pulling Available Fields to automatically include Job details.
To add a Field, select the where you would like to place that field then select Add.
Once you finish editing the content of the message select Save.
