QuickBooks Online Sync Settings

- This option is enabled by default and will enable a 2-way sync of Clients/Customers between Work and QuickBooks Online.
- Select this option to allow default information to be applied to a Customer record if a state/country is missing in QuickBooks Online.
- Select this option to enable a 2-way sync of Sub-Customers/Sites between Work and QuickBooks Online during onboarding.
- Select this option to allow the sync to use the default Client information to be applied to a Sub-Customer record if missing in QuickBooks.
- Select this option to sync Invoices created in Work to QuickBooks Online.
- Select preferred income account in QuickBooks Online to associate with newly created items that are added to Invoices in Work.
- Select preferred expense account in QuickBooks Online to associate all Invoice Line Items.
- Select this option to sync Payments from Work to QuickBooks Online.
- Select preferred payment account in QuickBooks Online to associate payments recorded in Work to.
