How do I update the E-mail address used to send E-mails from Work?

Effective February 1, 2024, you will no longer be able to specify the email address from which any automated emails related to your Work account are sent. This is due to the anti-spam policies being put in place by Google, Yahoo, and other email providers.

Moving forward, all emails will be sent from no-reply@verizonconnect.com.

Within the Work admin interface, you have the ability to customize your email templates, and include your preferred company email address in the signature of the email. For more information, refer to this article.
