How do I allow Fieldworkers to reject a Job?

By default, Fieldworkers have the option to accept a Job from the Mobile App to alert the Admins they will be completing that Job.

If there is a need for Fieldworkers to reject a Job, Admins can enable the permission to reject a Job.

From Settings, select Team Settings then select Mobile User Permissions.

To enable the permission to reject a Job from the Mobile Apps, select Fielduser Permissions.

Check “Allow Fieldusers to Reject a Job” then select Save.

Once the permission is enabled, Fieldworkers will see the option to Accept and Reject their Job.

If a Fieldworker rejects a Job, the Job will be removed from their Mobile App and the Admin can assign to another Fieldworker.
