The Work Classic mobile app is only supported on Apple iOS devices. If your fieldworkers use Android devices, they must use the Work Mobile app.
If migrating to the Work Mobile app is not an option, consider using Apple iOS devices instead of Android devices.
Can I use Work Mobile App and Work Classic simultaneously?
We do not recommend using both apps simultaneously, but we will not restrict users from doing so.
Can I still use the old app, Work Classic?
Yes, Work Classic will be available until all customers are invited and have the tools needed to move to the new app. Eventually, we’ll be asking all customers to move to the new app, which has an improved user experience and in an increase in speed and performance.
Why does the new app, Work Mobile, include a basic feature set?
The features available in Work Mobile were based on feedback we received from customer interviews, surveys, and by understanding which features are most used in the current app. Over time, we plan to add more functionality based on what we’re hearing from customers.
Which features will be added to Work Mobile in the future?
We’ve started initial research on mobile credit card payments, which is expected early next year.
How can I submit feedback or feature requests?
Admins and Fieldworkers should submit their suggestions and recommendations using the Feedback Button in Work. This is our central place for collecting all customer feedback and ensures that it’s incorporated into our plans as we prioritize our roadmap. When submitting feedback, please include the name “Work Mobile” to help us differentiate feedback from the old and new apps.
