The Out of Work Hours validation is intended to prevent admins from scheduling jobs out of the typical work hours for their company. It will look at the start and end times of the job you're schedule and display a warning, when applicable, that you're about the add a job that's outside of your standard work hours.
To enable this setting, follow these steps:
- Click the settings gear icon in the top navigation.
- Click Job and Quote Settings
- Click Default Job Settings
- Click the checkbox to Enable Out Of Work Hours validation. Your company work hours can be edited under Scheduler Settings.
Once this setting is enabled you'll receive a notification if you try to schedule a job out of work hours. You can override the message and save the job out of work hours if needed.
