WORK will store every Job, Invoice, and Quote that is created for a Client as well as communications sent out of WORK to your client.
From Clients, search and find the Client you are looking to view.
Once in the Client Record, Work History is a summary of the Client’s Jobs, Invoices, and Quotes.
From Jobs History, Admins can create new a job and take a payment for an invoiced job.
Note: In this section, Admins can find specific Jobs, Quotes or Invoices by using the search and filtering options. All Jobs, Invoices, and Quotes are linked from this section, allowing you to open and edit their details.
From Invoice History, Admins can Preview or Send an Invoice or a Statement as well as record a payment for an invoice.
*Note: When an invoice is overdue, it is listed in red in this view.
From Quote History, Admins can create a new Quote for this client.
Communications
Admins can view or track communications like an email to their clients or a call from their clients within the Client Record.
Email History
Emails sent to a client about a Job, Invoice or Quote is easily tracked within a Client Record.
Note: Admins can find specific emails about Jobs, Quotes or Invoices by using the search and filtering options. All emails are linked from this section, allowing you to open and view their details.
Call History
When a Client calls in looking to leave a message for an Admin or Fieldworker you can Log a Call from the Client Record. This call is stored within the Call History for easy viewing and tracking.
