Admins may notice their Client or Site address is not displaying correctly or at all on the map. This occurs when the Client or Site address is missing or has an invalid Longitude, Latitude or both.
Admins can resolve this by updating the Client or Site address with the correct Longitude and Latitude.
Admins will have to enable a setting to allow them to manually input the correct Longitude and Latitude for their Client.
From Settings, select Client Settings then select Customize Client View.
Select Site Location Settings, enable the setting and then select Save.
Note:
From Clients, select the Client and update Longitude and Latitude then select Save.
Admins will now see the correct location on the map.
