How to Allow Pop-ups to See Your Files

Did you click on a photo or document and nothing happened? Your web browser might be blocking the file from opening.

Don't worry! This is easy to fix. Here are the steps to tell your browser that our website is safe.

For Google Chrome

1. Click the three little dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Click Privacy and Security on the left side.
4. Select Site Settings.
5. Scroll down and click on Pop-ups and redirects.
6. Look for the "Allowed to send pop-ups..." section and click the Add button next to it.
7. A small box will pop up. Type or copy this address into the box: https://work2.fleetmatics.com and click Add.

Now, go back and try opening your file again. It should work!

For Mozilla Firefox

1. Click the three lines (☰) in the top-right corner of Firefox.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Click Privacy & Security on the left side.
4. Scroll down to the "Permissions" section.
5. Find the line that says "Block pop-up windows" and click the Exceptions... button next to it.
6. A new box will open. In the "Address of website" box, type or copy this address: https://work2.fleetmatics.com.
7. Click Allow, and then click Save Changes.

Now, go back and try opening your file again. It should work!

For Microsoft Edge

1. Click the three little dots (···) in the top-right corner of Edge.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Click Cookies and site permissions on the left side. (You may need to find "Site Permissions" and then "All Permissions") .
4. Scroll down the list and click on Pop-ups and redirects.
5. Look for the "Allow" section and click the Add button next to it.
6. A small box will pop up. Type or copy this address into the box: https://work2.fleetmatics.com and click Add.

Now, go back and try opening your file again. It should work!
