Verizon Connect is currently undergoing a strategic modernization of our field service offerings. As part of this evolution, we are moving toward the retirement of the underlying Azure infrastructure that has powered the Work platform for over a decade.
The technology behind Work is now over 10 years old. Rather than rebuilding this aging infrastructure, we have vetted industry-leading partners to provide you with modern field service management (FSM) tools that integrate directly with your Reveal fleet data.
Note: This change only affects the standalone Work application (historically known as Connect to Field, Fleetmatics Work, or Verizon Connect Work). Your Reveal telematics contract and vehicle tracking services remain active, operational, and entirely unaffected by this transition. It also does not affect Reveal Field, Workforce, or Work Plan, which remain active components of the Verizon Connect ecosystem.
