Working with a Non-Preferred Provider

The Freedom to Choose 

You are not required to use one of our preferred partners. While we have vetted and have partnerships with Service Fusion and GoCanvas, you can choose any FSM provider on the market.

Important to Know:

• Data Portability: You can take your CSV and ZIP job history files to any provider.
   
• No API Access: Note that Verizon Connect Work does not have open APIs for third-party integrations. All data moves must be handled via the provided export files.
   
• Reveal Continuity: Your vehicle tracking remains active regardless of which office tool you select.
