Admin can cancel Jobs that will no longer need scheduling from Jobs or from the actual Job record.
Canceling the Job allows the Admin to keep a record of Job but will remove it from the Schedule and the Fieldworker mobile app.
From Jobs, find the Job you would like to cancel and double click on the status of that Job.
A drop-down menu with all your different Job Statuses will appear, select Cancelled.
You will be prompted to alert the Fieldworker, select Yes if you would like to send a text message to your Fieldworker.
That Job will be marked as Cancelled, feel free to archive the Job for safe keeping and to remove it from your current Job List.
From the Job record, select the Job Status drop-down menu then select Cancelled.
At this point, you can choose to Alert Fieldworker and select Save, Notify & Close to exit the Job record.
