We recently a small change to how you open photos and documents in the Work app. It's a tiny difference, but it helps keep your account safe.

✨ What You'll See Now

Here is a quick look at what's different.

• Before: When you clicked on a photo or file, it would download right away to your computer.
• After: Now, when you click on a photo or file, it will open in a new pop-up window. You will also see a progress bar as the file loads.

❗ What if the new window doesn't open?

Your web browser (like Chrome or Firefox) might be blocking the new window because it thinks it's a pop-up.
