How do I view an unrounded price of an item?

Admins can view the rounded or unrounded price of an Item from the Job or Quote Record.

Job Record

From the Job Record, select Invoicing & Payments then the gear icon.

Note: An Admin can open the Job Record by selecting the Job Code from various location such as Jobs, Scheduler or Accounts.

Select Price Inc(unrounded) and Unit Price(unrounded).

Note: By default, the Price Inc (unrounded) and Unit Price(unrounded) columns are hidden. To add these columns, select the gear icon.

Now the Admin can see both the rounded and unrounded price of an Item.

Quote Record

From the Quote Record, in the Items section select the gear icon.

Note: An Admin can open the Quote Record by selecting the Quote Number from various location such as Quotes, Jobs, or Scheduler.

Select Price Inc(unrounded) and Unit Price(unrounded).

Note: By default, the Price Inc (unrounded) and Unit Price(unrounded) columns are hidden. To add these columns, select the gear icon.

Now the Admin can see both the rounded and unrounded price of an Item.
