Will information go to Work from Reveal or Reveal to Work?

The Work & Reveal integration is a one-way integration from Work to Reveal. Job (i.e. Work Order) and Fieldworker (i.e. Driver) from Work will push over to Reveal.

Should I create the Fieldworker in Work or the Driver in Reveal First?

Admins should create their Fieldworker in Work first and the integration will automatically create a Driver in Reveal.

How do I link my Driver in Reveal to my Fieldworker in Work?

Admins will need to make sure that the User Code in Work is the same as the Driver # in Reveal.  Also, make ensure the emails listed in both solutions are the same.

Why can’t I see my vehicle in the “Select a Vehicle menu on Work Classic App?

To make vehicles available to Fieldworkers to assign themselves in the Work Classic App, Admin will need to make sure vehicles in Reveal have a 4-digit vehicle number.

Admins can update the vehicle number in Reveal by going to Admin>Vehicle List>Edit.

Why isn’t my Work Order appearing on the Live Map?

Once an Admin schedules and dispatches a Job to a Fieldworker in Work, they should except to see that Job (i.e. Work Order) on the Live Map in Reveal if the Fieldworker is a Driver in Reveal and assigned to a vehicle.

Note: Allow up to 30 mins after dispatching that Job in Work for it to be visible in Reveal.

What report can I use in Reveal to look at why a job may have taken longer than anticipated?

Admins should use the “Daily Report with Work Order” report to review vehicle or driver’s daily activity including, arrival times, stop details, travel times, distance traveled and idling. 

Admins can filter data by vehicle, driver or group to Distinguish work-related stops from non-work-related stops

What report can I use in Reveal to understand how many work orders were completed by each driver and what the average job time was?

Admins should use the “Work Order Summary” report to see total number of Work Orders, total time on site.

Admins can group their data by vehicle, group or Work Order type.

What report can I use in Reveal to verify the driver status information against the vehicle GPS reported information?

Admins should use the “Work Order Variance Report” to compare the difference between how long a driver reports they were working on a Work Order, and how long the vehicle was at the site of the Work Order.
