How do I link my Fieldworker in Work to a Reveal Driver?

When integrating Verizon Connect Work and Reveal it is important to note that Fieldworkers in Work solution are linked to Drivers in Reveal.

With Work and Reveal being a one directional sync, Admins can create Fieldworkers in Work first and the sync will automatically create Drivers in Reveal.

If Drivers have already been created in REVEAL, please follow the steps outlined below.

To establish the link between your Drivers in Reveal and your Fieldworkers in Work, you will need to make sure that the following pieces of data match exactly in both systems:

• The email address listed for the Driver in Reveal must be the same as the email address listed for the Fieldworker in Work.
• The Driver Number in Reveal must be the same as the User Code in Work

This page can be accessed by going to your Admin section, clicking on Driver List and then selecting the driver you want to edit.

This page can be accessed by going to your Settings page and clicking on Users. From here, click View on the Fieldworker you want to edit.
