Planning Your Transition Runway
We are providing a minimum six-month notice period to ensure zero disruption to your daily operations.
- July 1, 2026: Official announcement and launch of the Transition Hub.
- July 1, 2026: Launch of the new ZIP-based Self-Service Data Export Tool.
- December 31, 2026 (End of Active Service): The standalone Work application platform reaches its official exit target. All active scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing tools are terminated.
- ⚠️ Final Infrastructure Decommissioning (March 31, 2027): While your active use of the software client for daily scheduling, dispatching, and mobile worker synchronization terminates on December 31, 2026, the underlying historical cloud storage servers will remain active in a secure, Read-Only state until March 31, 2027. After that date, the hosting environment will be completely offline. Past this date, all historical job logs, customer databases, signatures, and media attachments are permanently deleted and can never be recovered by Verizon Connect. Please ensure your administrative team utilizes the Self-Service Data Export Tool to pull your full ZIP history down to your local corporate hardware well before this infrastructure sunset.
