Securing Your Business Legacy 

Our priority is ensuring you have full possession of your business history before the systems go offline. To protect your privacy and data ownership, we have launched a new Self-Service Data Export Tool. 

IMPORTANT: Media and Attachment Warning 

While basic text data (clients and jobs) is exported quickly via CSV, media-heavy files—including customer signatures, job photos, and PDF attachments—require significantly more processing time. 

• Start Early: We strongly recommend initiating your media exports immediately. 
   
• Export in Batches: To ensure a smooth download of large files, run your exports in smaller batches (by year or quarter). 
   
• Hard Stop: Once the infrastructure is retired on March 31, 2027, data recovery will be impossible. Please ensure your multi-year Work data is secured on your local hardware long before this date. 

Note:  Your media downloads will arrive compiled in structured subfolders named directly after their respective Job ID numbers. This data schema ensures your new provider can systematically map historical images, spec documents, and verification signatures straight back into your new field service workflow.

Important Download Guardrails:

• Start Media Exports Early:  Do not wait until the final weeks of the sunset to pull your media history. While text files export quickly, media-heavy ZIP archives containing thousands of photos and signatures require significant processing time.
   
• Link Expiration: Once your data export file is generated, the secure download link will only remain active for three (3) weeks  to ensure security and privacy compliance. Please save the files to your local network promptly.
