Verizon Connect maintains high security standards throughout this transition.

Security: Your data remains encrypted and protected while on our servers.
Portability: To protect the privacy of personal information that may be contained in your account data, we are not offering direct transfers to third-party platforms. However, our export tools allow you to download your data in a portable format so you can transfer it to the platform of your choice.
Final Purge: On March 31, 2027, all customer data on the Work infrastructure will be permanently purged. Ensure all downloads are completed before this date.
