Self-Service Data Export Tool

Your historical business data belongs entirely to you. To facilitate a smooth transition to your next field service provider, a Self-Service Data Export Tool has been built directly into your Work admin dashboard.

This tool allows you to download your complete account history directly to your local hardware or secure cloud storage.

What Data Can Be Exported?

• Text and Customer Data: Client lists, job histories, and invoice data will be exported in universally accessible flat text files (CSV).
   
• Media and Attachments: Job photos, digital signatures, and attached PDF documents will be compiled into structured subfolders (.ZIP), systematically organized and linked by their respective Job ID strings to assist your next provider with data mapping.

Important Download Guardrails:

• Start Media Exports Early:  Do not wait until the final weeks of the sunset to pull your media history. While text files export quickly, media-heavy ZIP archives containing thousands of photos and signatures require significant processing time.
   
• Link Expiration: Once your data export file is generated, the secure download link will only remain active for three (3) weeks  to ensure security and privacy compliance. Please save the files to your local network promptly.
