Admins can send Statements to Clients that have more than one invoice outstanding, or Clients looking to see all invoices and payments in one place.
From Accounts, select Statements then search for a specific Client or filter the list by Clients with any billing Activity or just Clients with an Outstanding balance.
Note: Selecting the Client Name will redirect the Admin to the Client Record.
Once the Admin finds the Client, they can choose to Preview, Print or Email the Statement to their Client by selecting the checkbox near the Client Name.
