Work’s QuickBooks Desktop connector is incompatible with any version of QuickBooks Desktop that is newer than 2021 (Pro, Premier and Enterprise). We recommend that you do not upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop to the 2022 version or newer versions. You may choose to migrate from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. The Work QuickBooks Online Sync remains supported and can be set up once your migration is complete. For help, read this article on Getting Started with QuickBooks Online Sync.
Work’s QuickBooks Desktop Sync feature supports a variety of setups, Windows operating systems, and U.S. QuickBooks Desktop versions.
Please see below for the system requirements when using Work’s QuickBooks Desktop Sync feature. Systems not specified below cannot be guaranteed full support, and therefore, we may not be able to fully-resolve specific issues you encounter.
