This article refers to the newest version of QuickBooks Desktop Sync, released to some customers starting April 2018.
- This option is enabled by default and will enable a 2-way sync of Clients/Customers between Work and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Select this option to allow default information to be applied to a Customer record if a state/country is missing in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Select this option to enable a 2-way sync of Sites/Jobs between Work and QuickBooks Desktop during onboarding.
- Select this option to allow the sync to use the default Client information to be applied to a Job record if missing in QuickBooks.
- Select this option to sync Invoices created in Work to QuickBooks Desktop
- Select preferred income account in QuickBooks Desktop to associate with newly created items that are added to Invoices in Work.
- Select this option if you would like to send Tax Rate information to a chosen vendor in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Select this option to continue to sync Work Client Site information from the invoice to QuickBooks Jobs.
- Select this option to sync Work Job Descriptions from the Invoice to QuickBooks Desktop Customer Message Field.
- Select this option to sync Payments from Work to QuickBooks Desktop.
