Work Mobile App makes it simple to work on the go! Fieldworks can see new job assignment, add details like notes, photos and signatures all from their phones.
Enter the Username and Password that was set up by an Admin.
Note: Admins in the office can create login information. To learn more, visit - How do I create a fieldworker?
Once the Fieldworker log ins, they will be able to Clock In at the start of their day and Clock Out at the end of their day to track total hours worked.
Fieldworkers will see their New and Overdue Work, Map that displays their Job Location and the ability to Accept or Reject Jobs.
Note: The Reject option must be activated by an Admin, see How do I allow Fieldworkers to reject a Job?.
After the Job is Accepted, Fieldworkers can call their Clients to let them know they are on the way and get turn by turn directions to the Job Location.
Fieldworkers can keep a record of their job times by tracking both Travel & Job Duration while pausing for any pitstops.
Note: Tracking Travel Time can be disabled by an Admin, see Work Mobile Permissions.
Once a Fieldworkers starts or finishes their Job, they will be presented with their Job Questions. Admins can set up Job Questions for checklist items or reminders that they would like the Fieldworker to complete at the start of every or a specific job.
Fieldworkers will have a Job Overview, Custom Fields and a list of Past Work for the Client in the palm of their hands with Work Mobile App.
Fieldworkers can keep their Admins in the office updated by adding their job notes.
Fieldworkers can take a Photo through Work Mobile or upload one or more Photos on a Job.
Clients can confirm their satisfaction with the work performed by the Fieldworker by signing directly on the Work Mobile App. Signatures can be added to document templates.
When working on a Client’s Equipment, Fieldworkers will see which piece of Equipment they will be working on and any details related.
Lastly, Fieldworkers can add billing Items, Invoice and record a Payment from the field to speed up the invoicing process.
