The Work Classic mobile app only supports Android versions 5 through 11. To successfully continue using your Verizon Connect Work account, we recommend that you migrate your fieldworkers to the Work Mobile app.
If migrating to the Work Mobile app is not an option, consider doing one of the following:
- Use Android devices running Android 11 or older.
- Use Apple iOS devices instead of Android devices.
Work Classic App makes it simple to work on the go! Fieldworks can see new job assignment, add details like notes, photos and signatures all from their phones.
From your mobile device, download the Verizon Connect Work Classic app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS).
Enter your Username and Password that was set up by an Admin.
Note: Admins can create new Fieldworkers (i.e. Field Users) in Work from Settings > Team Settings > Users.
When a Fieldworker logs in they are brought to the home screen where they can clock in and out to track total hours worked each day.
When an Admin assigns and dispatches a job, an alert will show up in New Jobs. To view the Jobs List select New Jobs.
After the fieldworker accepts their job they can start tracking their journey by selecting Travel Start.
Note: Selecting Locate on the map will give the fieldworker turn by turn directions to the job.
When the fieldworker is ready to start working they would select Start Job. Admins will now know the job is underway and can see how long it takes.
Fieldworkers can take a photo of the finished work, add/view documents and get the client signature right on the app then select Finish Job to complete the job.
Lastly, Fieldworks can add any completion notes and select Save and Finish so mark the job finished letting Admins know the job is ready to be invoiced.
